Subscription Cancellation You can cancel a subscription at any time.
Some products may create a subscription, which will be clearly stated at the time of order completion. The license renewal payment is processed automatically, and you will receive an email notification before this occurs.
To cancel a subscription, please go to your profile page, click on the Subscription Management button, log in to your customer portal, and find the “Cancel” link. No further automatic payments will be processed after cancellation.
Payment Refunds
Time Limit Should you encounter problems with our products, we are pleased to offer a full refund within 7 days of the product purchase. After this period, no refunds will be given. If you have started the 7-day free trial and subsequently begun a paid subscription, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Reasons for Refund
- Refunds are granted if the product doesn’t work as described on our site or in our emails.
- Refunds are not granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or if the cancellation occurs after the 7-day refund window.
- License Renewals and any offers with a non-refundable clause are strictly non-refundable.
- Please note that purchasing a product does not entitle you to a free version of the product.
Refund Requests Refund requests can be submitted through our support email (service@signalowl.ai). Include detailed reasons for your request, and please note that we do not satisfy refunds based on incompatibility with third-party software or systems not specified as compatible in our product descriptions or FAQ page.
Updates and Development We have no contractual obligations to issue updates or continue developing any products. This does not constitute grounds for a refund request.
Refund Approval Upon receiving your request, we will send an email notification regarding approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method, typically within 2-5 working days.
Free Trial We offer a 7-day free trial without requiring a credit card. Once the trial expires and you choose to subscribe, the standard refund policy applies.
